Our Garden Chess Set enables rapid assembly and play - perfect for the smaller garden or even a conservatory.

The Garden Chess Pieces have been upgraded to be 50% heavier which makes them more substantial and prevents them from being susceptible to the wind when playing the game outdoors. Pieces are in one section and stand between 20 and 25cm tall with a base diameter of 9.5cm.

The set comes complete with a 1.2m square playing mat which is now thicker to give players a more substantial playing surface.

A giant cotton bag is also now included for storing the set when it's not being played to prevent the odd piece from going astray!
